Founded in November 2009 by a handful of Superfans, Referees and Mascots of the
Emerald City Roller Girls, Lane County Concussion is a skater-owned, skater-operated
USARS-chartered Men's Roller Derby League in the Eugene/Springfield Oregon area.
We play by WFTDA 4.0 rules, but make no mistake-- this is NOT the same game,
due to the fundamental physical and social differences between women and men.
We have skaters of all ages and experience levels, from 20's to 70's (NOT a typo),
beginners to experts, from many different backgrounds. We honor and respect people
of all races, religions, sexual orientations and socio-economic backgrounds, and invite all
interested gentlemen to drop in on a practice to see if Lane County Concussion is right for you.
